These clients called us with concerns about the integrity of their shower pan that it was leaking and causing problems in the crawl space. While they were having it fixed, they were ready to invest in materials and a layout that they would enjoy for many years to come.

We ripped out an alcove tub and installed an extra deep, solid surface, free standing tub, perfect for relaxing bubble baths. 

​

The shower included three shower heads, including one shower wand within reach for aging parents, next to the marble bench seat. 

 

A small utility closet was taken out and replaced with a vanity tower and wider vanity cabinets for plenty of storage for towels and accessories.

Overall, the client was very happy with the results!
