We are Austin and Ashley Abney
We met in college, got married in 2005, and moved 20 times in 15 years to 4 different states. About 10 years into marriage we brought home the most handsome and smartest boy on the planet-- Myles. He is our joy!

Austin is an ordained pastor and lead churches for more than 18 years and Ashley holds a Masters in Physical Therapy. We have always had a passion for real estate and making a house feel like a home. One of our recent project houses was a pretty little Cape Cod home in south Raleigh, NC and made the bold move to rehab all of it top to bottom ourselves. We sold it a year later for a sweet little profit and in the meantime, Austin got his real estate license.

Before long, we were afforded the amazing opportunity to work with a few investors to renovate their rental homes, turn a few into short term rentals, and flip some beautiful homes as a licensed realtor, licensed general contractor, and designer.
