Maple

This is Austin and Ashley's first independent flip house, located in Durham, NC.  This is a 1920's home, originally  2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and was transformed into a cozy 3 bedroom/2 bathroom full of style.  We took it down to the studs and completely redid the electric, HVAC, plumbing, roof, foundation and pier repair, crawl space encapsulation... basically prepping this house for the next 100 years.
