We stepped onto this project with no subfloors or joists-- a true blank slate! This 1920's shell of a home boasted of a fireplace and 1080 square feet of potential. We were commissioned to design the floor plan and the space to optimize the short term rental income. And here it is! Consistently earning 5-stars for design and comfort.
